The minimum education qualification requirement to apply for WBJEE is 10+2. So you are eligible to apply for WBJEE based on your 10+2 qualification. You must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the following: Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Computer Application as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination. and must have passed individually in the above mentioned subjects in regular class mode (theory and practical). The minimum age to apply for WBJEE is 17 years as on December 31 in the year of of admission. There is no upper age limit except for admission to Marine Engineering the upper age limit is 25 years of age as on December 31 in the year of admission. So you can apply for WBJEE even if you have completed graduation however, you need to fulfill the above eligibility criteria. To check the eligibility criteria click on the link below

can i do step jump while answering any of the questions in wbjee exam sheet ..??????

Sampurna Nandi 25th Feb, 2022

Hi,

Hope you are doing well!

Wbjee is an engineering entrance exam with 2 papers each of two hours and has 40 mcq questions on physics,40 mcq questions in chemistry and 75 mcq questions in maths.

Paper I - Mathematics

Paper II - Physics and Chemistry

Since, it is a mcq exam and not a written exam you can do step jumping in problems while solving them in the rough. The marking is on the basis of the right answer selected in the mcq and if step jumping lengthy problems save your time then you can do that.Since it is a time based exam it would help you save time but you should be careful not doing silly mistakes while step jumping.

I passed HS in 2021 From WBCHSE. Then I dropped out and started preparing for WBJEE to get admission into a engineering college. I heard a rumor about Mark percentage cutting. That every year your HS marks will cut upto 5% and you will get admission on bases your remaining percentage marks. is that

Arhana Chakraborty 23rd Feb, 2022

For Engineering colleges admission in west bengal, the WBJEE rank only matter & nothing to do with the percentage of your 10+2. If you want to take admission in the General degree colleges, through Merit then while the institute assigns the Merit score, the previous year students gets some reduced percentage. But that's not at all the case for the WBJEE score accepting colleges. So if you are going to take admission in Engineering colleges, then only your WBJEE score will matter.
