The refund will for the mop up round in WB JEE will be disbursed through NEFT/ RTGS directly to the Bank A/c as to be mentioned by the candidate in the application for refund and the Board will not entertain any request for any other mode of transaction. So, in order to apply for the refund process you need to submit your bank details and other required information before you miss out on the deadline.

See you already get a seat as a general candidate. And when there was certificate verification scheduled you didn't have your TWS certificate, at that time you was converted into a general candidate. So there's no need of showing TWS certificate during any stage of counselling. Hope this will help you.

Yes your seat acceptance fee will get refunded. But the amount paid as 'seat acceptance fee' will be refunded after deducting @20% of the fees or Rs. 1000/-.

As in the WBJEE Notification brochure, in column 4.0 of rules and regulations, it is clearly mentioned that if a candidate fails/forgets to lock his/her choices within the pre-announced deadline then his/her saved choices will be considered final and will be locked. So no need of worry, just make sure you had saved all your choices earlier. Hope you get it.

As the marks which you have scored is quite good and also your both mentioned rank is quite good hence, selection of your in college depends upon the colleges like, if the college in which you are applying if it has that particular category and you are eligible in that than you can get admission through your category rank and if you won’t eligible than you can get through general rank and also you will have benefits of applying through both the rank so that your chance of getting admission will also require increase through this.

Coming to your question... No it is absolutely not necessary for students to visit the college with their parents during document verification of WBJEE.
However, you must care all your necessary and important documents like admit card, score card, caste certificate (if any), marksheets, birth certificate, Id Proof, etc.
