In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

The opening and closing rank refers to the starting rank from which students can take admission in the college and closing rank is the last rank, above that rank students are not allowed in the college and can't get a seat in that college.
