Hi congratulations you got an decent rank in all categories here I'm providing some of the college below for your rank
Hi Aspirant!
If you go for upgradation in WBJEE counselling, and the seat in upgradation round is not allotted to you then the seat which was allotted to you in 1st round counselling will be available to you till the last round of counselling. For example, if you are not satisfied with the seat allotted in round 1 and apply for upgradation in round 2 or round 3. But you do not get upgraded seat then the seat allotted to you in 1st round will still be available for you. But if you accepts the seat allotted in round 2 then the seat allotted in round 1 would get cancelled.
Hope I answered your query, thankyou!
Hi
In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank/ PMR ( Pharmacy rank in case of Pharma )
This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like
--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam
--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination
--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam
--------) number of students from different categories etc
But yes,
With your 55150 pharmacy rank , considering your category as general category
As per 2020 , 3rd round of wbjee, you have chances in following colleges for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical :-
Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Science & Research, Durgapur:- 65503
Eminent College of Pharmaceutical Technology, Barasat:- 61401
Bengal School of Technology, Sugandha, Hooghly:- 67497
And a few more

Hello,
Jadavpur University and Calcutta University both are goverment college. So if you give the WBJEE examination but didn't take part for counselling then you can't get admission this colleges for particular courses, like Technology, pharmacy etc.
But if you want to take admission there for any regular subject like honours in mathematics as example then you can apply it. Because regular bachalor degree you can apply without any entrance examination, the admission going on basis of your marks like 12th merit list.
All the best.

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned your obc rank which is 3496 , so I would request you to kindly mention in the comment box so that I can guide you in a more detailed and organised manner.
As per my knowledge , it is difficult for you to get non core branches in top colleges like institute of engineering and management, heritage institute of technology, haldia institute of technology.
You can try for techno India colleges and future institute of technology.
