No, you cannot get admission in MBBS course without appearing in NEET, in fact from last year even AIIMS and JIPMER have respectively scrapped their individual entrance test, and now admission to MBBS all over india is done through NEET only, in fact NEET is also for admission to BDS, ayush courses, BVSC and AH, in some cases for BSc Nursing/BPharm/BPT etc, this varies as per university or state specific, but to answer your question you have to appear for NEET if you want to pursue a career in MBBS, the eligibility criteria to appear for the same is as follows-

Hi
Actually, your bsc doesn't matter , to check your eligibility only your 10+2 qualification will be taken in account
In which stream have you completed your 10+2 ? And what were the subjects you had?
Anyways,
You will be eligible for neet examination only if you have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you fulfill this with your 10+2 qualification then only you are eligible for neet otherwise you are not eligible
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
