You can join in Indian Navy or Indian Air Force after graduation through three different ways.
Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to appear for above mentioned examinations. So when you are in the final year of the qualifying exam you can apply for any of these entrance exams and qualify in it. After qualifying in the entrance exam the candidates will be called for SSB interview and the candidates clearing the SSB interview will be called for medical test. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks in written test, SSB interview and medical test. Candidates making it till the merit list will be recommended and such candidates will undergo training for said duration at the respective Academy.

The eligibility criteria for the integrated course is candidates must have passed class 12th boards examination, as well as candidates should be in top 20 percentile in their respective boards.
You have to register at the official website and need to give entrance examinations conducted by University itself.

See, it depends on the mode of examination, if it's online then obviously you do not need to write the exam. It will be totally Computer Based Test (CBT). However, you might nedd to use paper pen to do the rough work or to solve the problems. But if the exam is in offline mode then definitely you need to write the exam, it will be paper-pen based. There is no other way.

If you are unhappy doing the course you have enrolled for and you are facing mental stress and its affecting you in a negative way then it is best to leave it and try to find out what course you can do that you have a passion for. Since you have written that you like writing and it relaxes you, you can take up a course in the English Language, i.e., B.A. English. If you want to become a writer in your native language, then you can take up specialised course in your language. For example, B.A. Telugu, B.A. Bengali, B.A. Hindi etc. There are also many colleges that offer diploma in Creative writing. You can also go for BA Journalism/Mass Communication/Mass Media if you are interested.
But the key point is to keep writing and start a social media page/channel where you can publish your works. Attend literary events and socialise.
