I am writing more than 3 mock tests for each chapter. Is it enough to get good marks in JEE Main?

Rishi Raj 25th May, 2020

I would suggest that just giving mock tests is not enough. After attempting the mock test, you should analyse the mock test as well.

After attempting a mock test of one hour, you should analyse it for at least two hours. The purpose of mock tests is to identify your weaknesses and that can be done by proper analysis. Analysis should be done for each question and each mock test. In this way, if you attempt a mock test then it would be perfectly fine.

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 30th Jun, 2020

Hello,

You can use domicile criteria of one state where you live more than 10 years. You can't get domicile certificate for two different states.  If you appear exam for non-residential state then you will go under open category. Cutoff for open category is bit low then home state general category cutoff.

Hope it helps!

hello my daughter will be writing kannada language test,is there any prescribed book to study and what all topics should be covered ? thank you

S. Saha Student Expert 14th May, 2020
If you know the language then you don't need to take much pressure. If it is unknown to you, then you first need to know the alphabets, along with this a little bit grammar, history and culture of the language, translation from English to Kannada and vice versa. Best books for preparation- Standard Vyakarana by Visweshvariah Hsk, Kannada Vyakarana Darpana book by MV Nagaraja Rao etc. Read Kannada newspaper daily. You can download the syllabus which is available in PDF Format from http://kea.kar.nic.in/kptcl_2016.htm

I did not apply any national entrance exam like ugat or something till now but i want to join bba hon in some universities is it possible to join in them by writing campus entrance exam or if national entrance exam is mandatory what I has to do can u plz tell me

pdwords Student Expert 9th May, 2020

Hello,

UGAT is conducted on a national level, and its scores are accepted by many universities as well, but then there are other universities as well who conduct their own entrance test or through merit of the qualifying examination, so it's not mandatory to appy for UGAT for BBA program all over India.

Top Colleges for BBA are as follows;

  • Delhi University conducts Joint Admission Test for admission to its BBA/BMS programs
  • NMIMS University conducts admission through NPAT,
  • Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies conducts admission through SET,
  • Jindal Global Business  School conducts admission to BBA through UGAT & JSAT, so you can appear for JSAT in case you haven't applied for UGAT.
  • Delhi School of Management offers BBA on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination(best of four subjects including English at 10+2 level).
  • Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University takes admission through IPU CET BBA
