Xerox
Hello,
If the institution asks for original documents, giving only colour Xerox copies might not be accepted. Many institutions check originals to make sure documents are real.
Sometimes, they use special marks, paper quality, or even verify with the issuing authority. So, if you don’t want to give originals, you can ask them if colour Xerox copies are enough or if you can show originals for verification and keep copies with them. It’s better to confirm with the institution first.
Hope it helps !
Hello
As per NEET's guidelines , you should upload the original documents for verification wherever required.
If you have submitted a Xerox copy ofHope this gives you the clarity you need. your 10th certificate instead of the original, it could lead to complications.
However, since your original certificate is held by the university , it’s best to reach out to NEET’s helpdesk or the conducting body for guidance. You can explain the situation and ask if submitting the Xerox copy will affect your application or if there’s a way to submit the original later.
Hope this gives you the clarity you need.

If you have lost the intermediate short memo but still have the long memo, do not worry because, in most cases, the long memo contains your marks and certification. Most institutions and verification processes will, therefore, accept the long memo as proof of your results in that intermediate class. However, some universities or boards might ask for both, so it's wise to check the specific requirements of the university you are applying to.
If required, you can obtain a duplicate short memo from your board of education. Normally, the process involves an application accompanied by an application fee. For this reason, it's wise that you keep all copies of your educational documents and, when possible, have the original short memo reissued in case complications arise in the future.
Unfortunately you will not get admission if you don't submit the original documents they asked for.if you lost your original documents immediately FIR to your nearest police station that it will not affect you later.submit FIR copy to your college as an evidence of your lost documents may be there is some chance they will accept your admission.all the best
Self-attested photocopies can be either in color or black and white, depending on the requirements of the institution or authority requesting them. Generally, black and white copies are often sufficient, but some institutions may require color copies to ensure clarity and accuracy, especially for documents with colored seals or signatures. It’s always a good idea to check the specific guidelines provided by the organization or authority to make sure you meet their requirements.
