As you haven't mention if you talking about DNB General surgery, neuro surgery,, orthopedic surgery etc.. FIR each branch there are different cutoff and also you haven't mentioned your category.
If you are from General Category then it will hard to get admission in top government college but you belong to reserved category ther are good chances for you to get seat in good colleges.
And also availability of seat depend upon number of students appear for Counselling, if seat available till last rounds then there are chances to get seat.
