Solution : Average = $\frac{Sum of values}{Number of values}$
⇒ $\frac{P 1 + P 2 + P 3}{3}$ = 50
⇒ P1 + P2 + P3 = 150
Since P1 is half of the average, P1 = 25
⇒ 25 + P2 + P3 = 150
⇒ P2 + P3 = 125
Now, the average of P2 and P3 = $\frac{P 2 + P 3}{2}$ = $\frac{125}{2}$ = 62.5
Hence, the correct answer is 62.5.
