Not at all, You must pass chemistry first then You need to apply for NEET, However the biggest dilemma is that You are not even able to pass Chemistry Board exam But You Want to be a doctor what You will Do even if You are allowed to appear for NEET, Do you think that You would be able to qualify it. So Please do, choose what Your friends are Doing go for Interest that is the subject which You like the most.
