I got 507 in neet 2019 and I belong to obc(ebc) category . Can I get Bihar government college from state quota?

Hello dear
You have chances of getting a seat in Government Medical College in bihar under state quota as last year marks required in neet for a seat in decent government college like Government Medical College , Bettiah was 519 marks for obc category under state quota.
But dear this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike, so it would have been great if you would have scored 550 marks or more.
