Dear Dhanraj in 2019, the NEET cut off for ST Category was 107-133. With 100 marks you do not qualify in NEET. Now for admissions in any courses that are associated wit NEET, you have to be qualified and unfortunately with 100 marks, you are not eligible. Now even Management Quota seats are being fileld up through Counselling and so unfortunately you cannot get a seat.

Hello dear student,
As you said you have obtained 100 marks and also that you belong from schedule caste category so dear student I would like to tell you that these are really very less marks to get a seat in any government medical college. As there are number of students who appear in NEET and this year cutoff was really very high. With hundred marks you won't be able to get any college so, I would recommend you to study hard and give exam next year otherwise if you really want to take admission in any MBBS college so you can take admission in private medical college under management quota there is a probability that you will get a seat while the fees will be very high.
