I have qualify UGC NET JRF in 2019 from EWS category...I want to know If my EWS category certificate will be required at the time of applying for my JRF amount...

Hi,
First of all congratulations for qualifying the UGC NET JRF exam. If you have applied through EWS category then for the qualifying certificate you are required to give the EWS certificate. JRF stipend is provided only after you enroll for the Ph.D course.

But Sir problem is I have EWS state certificate where the eligibilty conditions are different from the one given by the central government...in our state the income should be less than 6 lakhs..where in central EWS the amount is 8 lakhs...I have asked the authorities to give me a central Ews certificate but they had deny to provide me one....

Then one option remains to you is to mail the ugc net jrf certificate releasing authority. Tell them that you met all the criteria discribed in the nta format of EWS certificate, but there is limit 6 lakhs instead of 8 lakhs in your state so they provide certificate of the limit 6 lakhs only. Most of the time authority consider the grievance of the students .
