I passed my 12th in year 2019 and appeared first time in 2020 for Uceed. So am I eligible to give second attempt of Uceed in year 2021?

No you are not eligible to give UCEED 2021. Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination, that is class 12th or equivalent in 2020 or appearing in 2021. Students who have passed in 2019, or earlier are not eligible to apply. The maximum number of attempt will be two times in consecutive years. You were eligible to give 2019 and 2020 as you passed in the year 2019. So you are not eligible to give UCEED 2021.
