If you are applying for fresh registration then you can upload while filling the application form. But if you have already applied before but want to upload marksheet as your results were awaited then you can login now and upload on or before the last date. And the last date is August 31, 2020.
If you have already uploaded but want to replace or update then DU will open editing window by first week of September 2020. Once the editing window is open you can update or replace your marksheet. The date will be announced shortly. You need to visit the official website for updates http://www.du.ac.in/du/uploads/COVID-19/admissions.html

Ofcourse you can take maths as an additional subject,
The percentage criteria by CBSE is "the marks of that additional subject are considered in which one scores higher". ... And the remaining subjects becomes additional whose marks won't be added to your main percentage . The subject you would score lowest will automatically excluded .

For the MBBS Course in Madras Medical College, 15% of the seats are on the basis of NEET-UG and the rest 85% of the seats are based on State Quota which will be followed by counselling.
The eligibility criteria for SC/ST will be to secure a minimum 40% marks in Botany/Biology and Zoology taken together and a minimum 40% marks in Physics & Chemistry taken together. The total aggregate percentage of marks should not be less than 40%
The cutoff marks and the cutoff rank in 2018 (SC) for Madras Medical College was 380 and 1718 respectively. The official release of the NEET cutoff 2020 TamilNadu is still not yet to release, we can only go by the expected cutoff trends from the previous years.
