The stream that you have taken does not matter for this particular course. So yes! You are eligible.

National Institute of Technology Raipur (NIT RAIPUR) does not conducts any separate Entrance exam for giving admission students to any of course. All the entrance exams that one can clear to get admission in NIT Raipur:-

Dear Aspirant, the hostel fees for both male and female  is 74.55k. It's same for all the years .

The hostel rooms are a big old looking buildings. The room have bed, closet, table, chair.

St. Stephen's is allowed to follow it's own admission procedure and there is 50 percent reservation for Christians.

There are a room of two available in St. Xavier's College and the figure was roughly around 1 lakh per annum as per the last year stats. Many prefer staying in Paying Guest rooms or outside hostel as well as that can be considered cheaper. But hostel also serves mess food ie 5 meals per day.

The diploma course in nutrition at Ignou  1 year diploma in nutrition and health education. Its eligibility is  candidate should have passed 10+2 . The fee for this course is around 2000 INR

After completing this you will get a diploma.

The certificate course provided by ignou is certificate course in food and nutrition. Its duration is 6 months. The fee of this course is 1100 INR.

So if you want to do this for career making purpose diploma will be more useful.

As if you compare the two I think diploma course will be more beneficial as the diploma courses have more weightage than certificate courses.

This is based on 2019 cut off. In 2020 the cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc. You can check the cut off for other NITs here JEE Main B.Arch cut off 2019 . Joint Seat Allocation Authority ( JoSAA) will conduct the counselling for admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs based on JEE Main score. For admission in IITs you need to appear in JEE Advanced and AAT.
