If you are very interested in btech then you can join private or some state government colleges. If you are general category then you are not eligible for NIT or IIT because 75% is mandatory of class 12 board. Along with 89% at JEE mains
If you belong to a reserved category then 65% is mandatory.
Ya, you can join any govt or private engineering college on the basis of your JEE percentile and even your board percentile too.

Particularly for JNU MCA exam there is no age limit or bar on GAP in education. So, yes you are definitely eligible to appear in MCA entrance exam in 2021. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline with 55% aggregate marks. Mathematics is an essential for MCA.
