i got 65%in my 12standard medical steam borad exam and i want admission in bsc so can i addmission in any of them in delhi

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 14th Jul, 2020

hi,

See time to time cutoff changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, your choice of stream etc. to tell the truth at this score you have lowest chances in tier 1 colleges, also it depends on your choice of stream, since you belongs to  medical stream or biology stream, you have below courses available for you in bsc,

b.sc in medical lab technology

b.sc in bio technology

b.sc in microbiology

b.sc in zoology

b.sc in botany

b.sc in food science

b.sc in nutrition

b.sc in optometry

b.sc in biochemistry

b.sc in psychology

b.sc in physiotherapy

b.sc in forensic science

around 80+ colleges in under delhi university and there is  also guru govind singh indraprastha university, jamia milia islamia, jawharlal nehru university which offers ug b.sc courses. so my point is you need to apply for as much colleges as possible, since most of the colleges is under delhi university , you first priority should be for delhi university, admission cutoff is made taking best of four subjects, with one language subjects and others 3 subject score in which you have got the highest score.

so always keep faith in your self and you would surely get a colleges as per your choices, however try to apply for  4-5 disciplines to make increase of the admission chances.

If i have 99% in PCM, what is a good KEAM score for me?

Rahul Student Expert 14th Jul, 2020
Hello aspirant,

In your Keam score equal weightage is given to both the entrance marks and board marks of the candidate. There are 2 papers namely-Paper 1 and 2 of KEAM and each paper is of 480 marks. So, tge total KEAM exam marks are out of 960 marks. Then the KEAM exam marks are normalised to 300 marks. The board marks are considered out of 300 and added to the KEAM results. A rank is alloted to you based on your total marks out of 600.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 14th Jul, 2020

Hello

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for JEE advanced exam.

This is because

To be eligible for JEE advanced examination in OBC category student like you need at least 75% marks in class 12th board examination as

Eligibility criteria says that to be eligible for jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or  must be in the top 20 percentile in  class 12 examination.

So ,  with 74.4 percent you fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria and so you cannot appear in JEE advanced examination

Thank you
