If your query is regarding IBPS RRB recruitment the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) & Officers Scale 1 post. For Officer Scale 2 post and officer scale 3 a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 50% from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing in qualifying exam are not eligible here. You may have to appear next year if you want to appear in IBPS RRB.

Admission in AFMC is based on merit in NEET and the eligibility criteria for NEET is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with 50% marks in PCB subjects, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks and for PwD it is 45% marks.
AFMC will conduct separate counselling based on merit in NEET. In 2019 the cut off was 596 marks for boys and for girls it is 610 marks. Candidates with NCC certificate, sports certificate at school level , District, State & National /International level, if any can submit at the time of screening. Candidates with these certificate might get advantage for final shortlist after PAT, ToELR, Personal Interview and Medical Test. If you have studied physical education in qualifying exam then it will not benefit you in any way.

You can take a room on rent as paying guest. There are mess facilities at certain places which can serve you when ordered. It may differ from place to place.

There are no reservations based on category in Armed Forces neither in AFMC. The cut off is given based on gender. In 2019 the cut off for Boys was 596 marks out of 720 marks and for girls it was 610 mark out of 720 marks. Irrespective of you category you need to score the cut off marks specified by AFMC. You need to score above 596 marks because cut off depends on number of candidates applied, number of seats available, performance of students in exam etc. It changes every year. Candidates who scored the given cut off marks will be shortlisted for PAT, ToELR, Personal interview and Medical examination. Candidates who passes in all these will be given admssion.

For the general courses DU accepts the marks in between 90 to 95. For reservation categories it may be 85%. But there is no possibility to take any course in DU with 60 to 75% marks. Yes, you can eligible if you are opted some course those are have their own entrance test. Also is is not possible to have B.com courses or the subject like without having maths.
Without maths you can not able to have amy commerce cource and core science course except bio related ones.
