why to read a newspaper if you can readily get the months news at one place?

pdwords Student Expert 14th Jul, 2020
Hello,

The benefit of reading newspaper on a daily basis to be well-acquainted with the latest happening, and when it comes to editorial part your thinking horizon will further be broaden by prolific writers, this will improve your vocabulary as well as writing  skills.

Now, why newspaper is important because when you read it regularly you are already grasping knowledge, so if you go through latest MCQs you can easily answer that because you'll remember it well as you've absorbed the information while what happens when you mug up everything at once, especially at the last stage of any exam, there's higher chances of forgetting and mixing up everything more so if your retaining power isn't that good.

The best thing to do in this is to have an integrated approach, what I mean is irrespective of the exam you're preparing go through the newspaper first, and solve MCQs after that, there are many sites which provides questions on a daily basis.

Newspaper reading is something that takes time to develop even if you're not preparing for exam like UPSC, where there's more number of hours to be devoted, reading an editorial itself can be challenging simply because of the kind of vocabulary used, but with patience and dedication anything is possible.

is rai institute of technology in Bangalore good for doing bsc. agri. I have heard many negative and some positive comments also

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 23rd Aug, 2020
Hello.
Rai institute of technology Bangalore is coming under the private University which is established in 2014 apart from this your decision of doing Bsc agriculture from this institute will be average because no credential data is available as per the student feedback you would not get more opportunities here but you can have from outside one thing that may change your decision is about infrastructure of the college and  almost all important facilities are provided but the quality is not good.
Best of luck.

I have completed class 12 with PCB from CBSE in 2020. But now I want to pursue class 12 again with PCMB to get admission into IISc or IISER. Is it Possible? plz tell me I am really worried about this.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 23rd Aug, 2020

hi,

see it can be possible. you may join nios or may appear as a private candidates from central board or state board. however you would have 1 year gap, cause the 10+2 course is 2 years duration and it you repeat 12th it would take 1 more year. however as per the iisc or iiser rules students of current year or the previous year 12th pass candidates are eligible to apply only.

but there is many good government and private institute in india where the syllabus and course curriculum is excellent and quite good as NISER or IISER. HOWEVER if you takes year drop you must study hard to achieve your success.

hope it would help.
