Actually it does not depend on the overall percentage ..the best of four would have to be calculated..
And the north/south campus thing would basically depend on the respective cut-offs of colleges and your choice.
For instance, you may be getting both a north and a south campus college with your best of four percentage, at the same time but it may turn out that the south campus one is better as expected to what you are getting in the north campus.
In this case, you will be having the choice ultimately.

You should have overall 55% In PCM subjects for B.tech Enginnering and Individual score is not considered in many of the Engineering colleges.

Though both the branches are good in their own way and the package can not be decide according to the branch, it will depend on the company that will come at the time of placements. But yeah as the scope of IOT and Automation is evolving to a good extent you can undoubtedly go for the option number 2.

TFWS mumbai's college , the admission is only open to the maharashtra candidates only and also the Eligible Students will have to submit their family income certificate stating that his/her parent’s annual income is less than 6 lakhs from all sources. It must be validated by from the appropriate competent authority of the Maharashtra State. You must need a proof that you are from maharashtra state, so you need domicile certificate or any other government certificate that shows you belong to maharashtra.
