You can not get admission into any of the IITs on the basis of JEE Main paper 2 marks. Even if it 100%, you can not get into any of the IITs on the basis of JEE Main Paper because IITs does not take admission on the basis of JEE Main scores. With this much percentile, you have sufficient chances of getting into B.Planning course at one of the NITs.

If you have a valid EWS certificate issued by a competent authority you can claim EWS reservation and get the reservation benefits of EWS category reservation.
