Hey,
GMERS College and Hospital, Valsad does not offer post graduate course. It only offers undergraduate MBBS course. The admission to MBBS course in GMERS, Valsad started in 2012. Based on this, 3 batches of MBBS students have graduated from this college. To know more about post graduate medical courses in Gujarat, check here https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-medical-colleges-in-gujarat-accepting-neet-pg
If you ask me then i would certainly say that please drop the idea of doing this course. This is clearly my personal opinion you may disagree with it.
I Have personally met a guy from well to do family who did his Engineering from Bangalore and then went to UK for pursuing this course as he thought that it would be helpful because his Father owns a Clinic Center.
But as of now he is doing nothing and trying to figure out what to do. Few days ago i heard that he is managing his own clinic or just giving directions to the receptionists and attendants.
All the best!!!

Hello student. The rank 4815 is really good one to fetch you a veternary seat. Apart from that, the category you have mentioned is obc 2a which means a good reservation exists . So, there are pretty higher chances for you to get the veternary seat since the mark is really good too.

Under Locomotor disabilities cured Leprosy, Cerebral Palsy, Dwarfism, Muscular Dystrophy, Acid Attack Victims, Amputation, Poliomyelitis are allowed. Upto 70% locomotor disability is allowed for reservation in NEET. Now there is no separate reservation for PWD. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. You will need a PWD certificate from any local Government Hospital initially for claiming reservation. You will need this Certificate also to appear for the exam on the day of the exam. And for participating in the Counselling, you need to appear infront of any of the Disability Assessment Centers listed in the Information Bulletin: https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/ShowPdf.aspx?Type=1F7D662EC0F41DE2013706728E830CBF545FD969&ID=D435A6CDD786300DFF204EE7C2EF942D3E9034E2 The team will assess you and then give you a certificate which you will need to submit during Document Verification, Counselling and Admission. If you have a certificate already done by a Government Hospital, you can produce it on the day of the exam. But for participating in Counselling, you will need to visit a Disability Assessment Centre for the Certificate. For Counselling, only this Certificate is valid.
Hey Aditya
You have not mentioned your domicile state so I am assuming you to be from Delhi. With your percentile and category you can get admission in Thapar Institute,IIIT (Indraprastha) Delhi,NSIT,Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology etc for courses like CSE and IT too. (you can check out the colleges yourself from https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor )
You can get one of the top NITs with around 88 percentile(for pwd category with 40% disability) so if you wish to drop a year and work a bit harder to get that percentile then I will suggest you to do so.
