You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless in 2019, the cut offs have been as follows;

General Category: 4607

2A: 5673

2B: 7901

3B: 3442

SC: 10183

ST: - 5512

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. But with a rank of 2700, you have decent chances of a seat in B.Sc Agriculture even without Agricultural quota.

You do not need your Migration Certificate. You will need the following documents for Document Verification and Counselling:

• 8 passport size photographs
• 10th marks sheet
• 12th marks sheet
• Valid Id proof
• NEET 2020 admit card
• NEET 2020 Rank card

IIIT Kurnool is a very new college. It started functioning at permanent campus from July 2018. Students and teachers of all the three branches are doing hardwork to build good reputation of this institute. Since it is new institute we have very less information about the college. Since it is new placement in this college is not so good.
