sir Im pritheesh I had got 54 percentile Im from st category.. cut-off is 39 can I get any nit or iiit clgs .. as per the yr total application of students also less .. according to this can I get any govt clg

Hilag Shah 4th Oct, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

With a 54 percentile score though you have cleared the the cutoff but though the cutoff is 39 percentile it does not imply that everyone who had cleared the cutoff will get a NIT or IIIT.It just shows that you have cleared the first stage of exam and you are been selected to get a second chance to improve your score. With a 54 percentile getting a NIT will be a very tough task but you can still get into a descent private engineering college. So best of luck.

I am a student of T.S Intermediate board. Should I add my Intermediate 1st years as well as 2nd years marks to get the eligibility for BITSAT? Can you please answer this question?

Rama Devi 25th Aug, 2020

Hello,

Yes you have to add both first and second marks to be eligible for BISAT if you have passed 12th.  To be eligible for BITSAT the qualifying marks are you  should pass 10+2 from a recognized institute with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as Mandatory  subjects. Adequate proficiency in English is also mandatory. If you are appearing for 12th in 2020, then also you're  eligible. And, the minimum marks in the qualifying examn is  you must  have scored minimum  of 75% marks in  an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. (PCM) to add on, you should also  have scored minimum 60% in each paper.

If you have any further doubts regarding this, feel free to ask here in comment section.

Perhaps, there is no chance for the postpone of JEE and NEET. As such the candidates will be allowed to choose their exam centers as per the government. NEET will take place on the 13th of September. I got jee in 86 percentile and iam sc what is the category rank compared to last year and does I got nit Warangal or suratkal or Tiruchirapalli

vishnupandey 25th Aug, 2020

Hii aspirant

As the cutoff of jee main vary every year so we can only predict according to last year cutoffs. As you mentioned you are from sc category with 86 percentile then your expected rank would be 148500. As you have not mentioned your gender and home state it is difficult to predict best colleges for you , with this rank it will be very hard to get seat in the above mentioned nits or you can get a seat in less preferred branch in these nits

Some of the best colleges according to your rank that you can take are-

1.igdtuw

B.tech in electric and communication engineering

2.Dr.dy patil institute of engineering and management

B.tech in electronic and telecommunication

3. Igdtuw (delhi)

B.tech information technology

4. Bharti vidyapeeth college of engineering(pune)

B.tech electronics and telecommunication engineering

5.Terna engineering college (navi mumbai)

Difference between BE and BTech??? Does BTech hai better job offer and package than BE??

saurabhkhade4699 25th Aug, 2020

Hello Harshit,

B.E. stands for Bachelor of Engineering whereas B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. Both are undergraduates degrees conferred after completion of four year of program of engineering studies at college or university level. Generally, B.Tech. focuses more on the technical aspect, whereas B.E. focuses more on the theoretical aspect.

Both offers better job offers but its up to in which field you are good and in what you have interest.

B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive

BE course which is more theoretical

As your NEET score is 310. Your Overall Percentile is: 80.97 - 80.97  and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 267498 - 307648. Depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota  and 85% state quota seats in government colleges.

Good Day sir/mam, I am 12 passed in maths. I havent filled reap form, due to this not able to get admission in MBM college jodh. I heard of spot round taken by MBM and also met a student who got admission MBM by this method. Now I also want to get admission in MBM college by this method? Help me !

Shoaib Akhtar 4th Oct, 2020

Hello there

As you have mentioned you have not filled the reap form ,so I don't think you can participate in the spot round counselling .For counselling you must be registered .In spot round the left over seats are filled by providing admission.so even at low scores  ,you may get admissions .Try contacting the college to ask more about the spot round counselling
