Kindly mention your rank also as ranks can vary a lot from percentile .At this percentile it feels a bit hard to get cse branch in NIT warangal but cutoffs may vary . You can also get cse in other NITs also .Try checking out the previous years cutoffs for nit warangal and also you can use college predictor .

Your rank is decent enough to get seats. as you said you have reservation category then it will surely help by lowering the rank cutoff. ST reservation category will be used in All India Counselling. for state counselling, sub reservation categories like ex-defense, urban category is implemented.

The rank obtained for marks and cutoff marks for admission changes every year as they depend on factors like number of student applied, category etc.

As you you have not mentioned your category, as per the previous cutoff https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp it seems difficult for you to get a medical mbbs seat in up government medical colleges both through All india qouta and state qouta.

You can try for the private medical colleges or otyer medical courses like B.A.M.S, B.U.M.S etc.

However, a candidate must clear the Counselling round to temporarily registered his/her admission in the college. the seat is finalized only when original documents are submitted to the college.
