If you have the choices to select from such good colleges it is always a tough competition as all colleges are at par and very well mainted and one of the best institutes in India.So you should go as per the below priority-
IIT Bombay,IIT Kharagpur,IIT Kanpur,IIT Madras (Chennai),IIT Delhi,IIT Roorkee,IIT Hyderabad,NIT Trichy,IIIT Hyderabad.
This will be the priority according to which you should prefer the colleges.Best of luck.
To get GKVK college, Bangalore, you need to qualify KET examination. Now, since you have qualified it with the rank of 18609, you might get GKVK college if you belong to Hyderabad quota. Assuming that you are from Hyderabad, you can get GKVK college, but if not then it would be tough for you to get through 2 round of cut-off list.
See after 12th standard if you don't study further there is no option for you to get a decent job . You will have to do errands and just earn money to buy food . But Graduation is a chance where you will have a skill set and you will be able to apply the knowledge into a particular industry. Hence it will open up opportunities for you . So Graduation is required for any individual.
You can do a job after graduation or you can do higher studies which is Masters or you can go for research etc.
Also during your graduation you will have many events in your college ,technical events , cultural fests and the final year projects which you will enjoy in your campus life.

According to previous year cutoffs and trends, the last round maximum rank cutoffs for colleges under JoSSA are as follows:
NIT- Gender-neutral(8,500 to 10,000 appoximately) Female-(18,500 to19,000)
IIIT - Gender-neutral(9,500 to 11,500 appoximately) Female-(19,500 to20,500)
GFTI- Gender-neutral(9,500 to 12,000 appoximately) Female-(18,500 to21,000)
Also there is no benefit of your Home State quota either in NIT or IIIT.
Hence you can not get into any college under JoSSA counseling.
