Hi Naresh,
Human resource managers work across all industries to ensure the mutual satisfaction of a firm’s employees. For pursuing a course in Human Resource Management, an aspirant should be a bachelor's degree holder (10+2+3 of pattern) in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50 % marks in aggregate. In case of SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks can be 45%.
After this you can do internships and gain experience. You can then go for post graduation in Human Resource stream.
All the best.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question your CRL rank will be around 165679 - 120612. On such rank and category you have no chances of getting in to HBTU Kanpur as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which are given below :-
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors, so to get an idea we can use last year's cut-offs.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Gujarat according to your profile and category as general.
See it is little bit difficult to predict an exact cut-off for any college because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
So if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Gujarat for Government Medical Colleges then last year the lowest cut-off marks was 406 for Nootan Medical College and Research Centre, Visnagar under Home State quota for General category.
You can check the previous years cut-offs through the link given below :-

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-
