Hello aspirant! Hope you are doing well! you have not mentioned whether through management quota or through semi-government seat you have received. there are two sets of seat 1. semi govt seat which is 2,20k per annum
2. 6,60k per annum.- management seat
management seat is expensive. but if you have good marks in entrance marks you get semi govt. which is cheaper. Hope this helps

You have not mentioned the name of the entrance exam or the name of the counselling process. However I am assuming it as NEET . NEET rank and percentile changes in every year depending upon various elements like total number of students, question difficulty etc. Anyway analysing on trend of previous year I can predict your rank is about 12500-13500 All India ranking

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get NIT Meghalaya if you deserves Home state quota for it otherwise I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
