Hello applicant,
*We have MBBS Companion to help you all through the Counselling process https://dqxeclau.top/mbbs-companion . Nevertheless, to give you detailed process, here we go:
*In India, we have Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities. And admission to these Institutions is conducted through All India Counselling and State Counselling. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.
*Now for both All India Counselling and State Counselling, you should register once the NEET merit list has been released. There will be Round 1, Round 2 and Mop up Round for Counselling. You need to register for Counselling. So the steps are:
1.Appear for NEET and qualify
2.Wait for the results and the merit list
3.Register for Counselling by paying refundable and non refundable fees
4.During Choice Locking, select Colleges that you want a seat in
5. And once the seat has been alotted join the College if you like or participate in the further Rounds.
*Please read our article for complete information:- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-counselling
You will need the following documents for Document Verification and Counselling:
*8 passport size photographs
*12th marks sheet
*Valid Id proof
*NEET 2020 admit card
*NEET 2020 Rank card
*Provisional Allottment Letter
*Category Certificate if applicable
*Domicile Certificate if applicable
*PWD Certificate if applicable

Hello Aspirant,
Seeing your rank and category details, it is difficult for you to get admission into a good college and with CSE branch. Since for CSE branch, cutoffs are usually higher.
But, there are many colleges that accept lower ranks and are good enough.
Getting admission into a good college and that too into CSE branch mostly depends upon your category, rank , AP EAMCET score, IPE score, seat availability at college, exam difficulty level, no. of applicants appeared and applied, etc.
You can use our college predictor link given below to view the preferred college available for you according to your details,

Hope that helps. Good luck
Hello Poojitha,
The cut off may change from state to state based on various factors like no. of students from the state qualified neet, no. of seats available etc.
If we talk in general, we can consider 500 or above marks to be a safe score to get a govt. medical seat. For A-category seats , score above 470 marks would be safe.
But this cut off changes every year based on various factors.
If your score is less you can try for medical admission in management quota in private colleges or in Central/deemed universities.
If you cannot afford for management quota, you can try for BDS admission.
Or you can even go for veterinary course, Agbsc, pharmacy and many more.
Choose wisely.
You can use the below link to predict your college https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope you found this helpful.
All the best for your future!

Hello aspirant,
If you're from BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E or ST or SC categories, then you're eligible to get a veterinary seat if we estimate from your performance and last year EAMCET AP results. Please have all your documents and credentials in order and proceed further for counselling and admission process. But, if you're from OC/general category, the chances of getting a veterinary seat seems to be less. Don't worry about the results. You can also predict your chances of getting a veterinary seat by clicking through the link given below-

As you and your daughter are from Andhra Pradesh then you must apply in Andhra Pradesh state quota counselling.
