You should be able to secure one after an MIM even with limited work experience because the degrees carry a lot of value in those countries. Socially and Economically Backward Classes or Communities is indicated by SEBC and it   consist of list submitted by the State Government of to the  citizens who belong to the backward classes jn our society  where as  Other Backward Classes is indicated by OBC and  it consist of a list submitted by the Central Government  to the citizens belonging the backward category in our country.

The eligible criteria to be eligible to appear for AFCAT for Ground Duty is that a candidate must have passed 3 year Bachelors Degree or 4 year B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board depending on the post applied for. Candidate must have studied Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level and scored minimum 50% aggregate marks individually. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree are also eligible to apply for AFCAT. You are eligible to appear for AFCAT when you are in 4th year of Engineering. If you are in second year of Engineering you are not eligible to appear  for AFCAT.
