Dear aspirant
As of now it's hard to predict anything exactly about your chances in GDC, nagpur as result are yet to be declared and ranks are still unknown at your marks, also cut off marks changes every year.
Last year i.e, neet 2021, govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling was allotted to SC category upto 431 marks after mop-up round.
If we talk about neet 2020 cutoff marks for SC category then it was 410 marks in GDC, Aurangabad and for GDC, nagpur cut off marks was 432 marks in 2020.
So if we talk about chances in GDC, nagpur then you have low chances because it is first dental college which get allotted in govt category and it's cut off goes high compared to other three Dental college in Maharashtra.
Now if we talk overall probability you getting govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling then you might have some chances but still nothing can be said confirmed as you can see yourself last two year cut off marks have been varied so much.

If you are from Karnataka you have a greater chance to get into GK VK college.
Cut off rank will be determined by the number of seats available, the difficulty of examination, reservation categories, and the number of candidates appeared for the exam.
In 2020, general and obc cutoff was 4685. For sc/st it was 21031.
For Karnataka quota it was 13797.
In 2017, general cutoff was 6088 . It's a totally depends upon the above mentioned criterias for this year. You have a great touch to get into the college through Karnataka Kota if you are from Karnataka. I'm sorry but there is no chance otherwise. All the best.

The admission is done on the basis of two modes that is class 12th and on the basis of jee mains scores.
So, your jee percentile is a bit low so it's better if you go through your 12th boards. As per the previous year trends the advisable rank that should be kept in jee mains is 45-50k for the top branches .
But as per your percentile your rank would be around 1.4L so it's difficult to get through this rank. Certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper determines the cut offs.
