The admissions have started from the starting of June and will continue till the end of July you can apply for admission of the college online or offline by filling form and paying the registration fees with it and then give exam to qualify for that college then when the results are announced if you are qualified then you may pursue the classes.

When the correction window opens, you can make the required adjustments and submit the application.

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

But yes,

For Jadavpur University  for computer science your  general rank should be at least around 800 general rank being from obc-A category otherwise your chances for the same are low.

For example,

In 2021, in 3rd round of wbjee 2020,  805 general rank for  obc-A category was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for computer science engineering.
