Dear students,
NEET UG Counselling 2022 will start at mcc.nic.in. Students who have qualified with the NEET-2022 cut off marks can apply online at mcc.nic.in for the 15% all India seats for admission to undergraduate medical and allied programmes in the country. NEET counselling process consists of following steps - 1. Registration, 2. Payment of fee and choice filling; 3. Choice filling and locking; 4. Processing of seat allotment; 5. Allotment result and reporting. The online application window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) round 1 counselling for the all India seats will start as per the schedule. As per the NEET UG Counselling 2022 schedule, the round one of NEET registration and payment of counselling fees will continue till the deadline.

I hope you are doing good. The eligibility criteria for NEET 2023 is, 50%(General candidates), 40%(SC/ST/OBC candidates) and 45% (PWD candidates) in PCB only.
You got 56% in PCB aggregate, which already satisfies the minimum criteria. Yes, you are eligible to appear in NEET-UG 2023 . I hope it clarifies your doubt.

Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) is Karnatka state-level exam.
To be eligible for KCET-
1. You should have passed class 12/PUC exam .
2. If you have passed class 12/PUC from Karnataka State Open University are NOT eligible to apply for KCET 2022 .
3. You should have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their class 12 along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Electronics/ Computer Science as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study.

Of course you will get post matric scholarship for MBBS in private colleges. Eligibility criteria for applying post matric scholarship is candidate should be 12th pass and enroll in any bachelors degree or engineering program or Medical program. For engineering students they must have qualified JEE mains and 4 medical students they should be enrolled in any government or self finance or private college through neet merit.
The students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) who are studying at post-secondary level can apply for the scholarship.
The annual income of the family should be less than INR 75,000 (for 100% scholarship).

I hope you are good. Yes, you are eligible to appear in both JEE mains and JEE advanced.
There is no minimum class 12th percentage required to appear in JEE in 2023. You just need to pass class 12th.
However, one need minimum 75%(General/OBC candidate) or 65%(SC/ST candidate) to study in IITs and NITs.
But some state level and private colleges offer engineering with JEE rank only or with just passing criteria of class 12th+JEE rank.
