Yes, you can give improvement exam for one subject but for maximum 4 subjects. The marks will be counted of that in which you score higher i.e. either your regular exam or your improvement. Students appearing in Improvement exam should appear in Practical Examination also if subject has practical exam.

For a candidate to apply for B.Sc. Nursing entrance exam, he/she must score 45-50% marks separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. However, the reserved categories have some relaxation of 5 % in 12th. Many universities and institutes provide B. Sc. Nursing without NEET via entrance exams. These include Banaras Hindu University, Christian medical college, Mahatma Gandhi Mission University.

In response to your question, NO, you are unable to take the UPSC exam 2023. Because a candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 32 in accordance with the UPSC's eligibility requirements. Furthermore, they have to be born between August 2, 1991, and August 1, 2002. You are ineligible to take the exam since you were born on 3rd May 1991.
But that's based on the notification for 2022.
2023's notification has not yet released.

Here she has to apply through email.to the Vellore Institute of Technology with valid documents of his illness and pray for doing something positive for appearing his examination in a hospital bed or in sitting in his home.

By looking at the previous year cutoff , The cutoff for CSE in haldia is around 60k.
You can also get admission in Haldia using management quota but the fees will be high .
