can i get into Nit rourkela cs if I score just 99 percentile in jee mains with HS quota as Odisha and category OBC ncl

Rahul Mandal 2nd Nov, 2025

Hello,

Sorry, but it's unlikely you will get into NIT Rourkela Computer Science with a 99 percentile and OBC-NCL status under the Home State quota, as the closing rank of this category is very competitive and often falls within the top 8,000 ranks.

I hope it will clear your query!!

I pursued a 3-year regular Diploma (2022-25) and a 2-year regular 12th (2022-24) simultaneously. I want to use my 12th certificate for CLAT 2025. Will NLUs or the BCI reject my admission during verification, as UGC rules dont permit two simultaneous full-time courses?

Amisha Soni 1st Nov, 2025

Hello dear candidate,

Yes, you are right UGC rules do not allow two regular full time courses simultaneously.

But for CLAT or NLU admission they only check if your 12th certificate is valid and is from a recognized board, not if you did another course along with it.

The BCI also do not reject candidate for this reason.

Thank you.

I have a confusion, I am commerce student, I confused that what course can I take in my college either B. Com or BBA. BUT I Want to become a bank manager /HR. Give me a proper solution for this issue.

Sankalp Agrawal 2nd Nov, 2025

Hello,

If your goal is to become a Bank Manager, then BCom is a better choice as it builds strong knowledge in finance, accounting, and banking, and later you can prepare for bank exams (IBPS, SBI PO) or pursue MBA in Finance.

But if you aim for HR (Human Resources), then BBA is ideal since it focuses on management, communication, and leadership skills, and you can later do an MBA in HR.

In short:

Choose BCom - for Bank Manager path.

Choose BBA - for HR career.

Hope you understand.

Sir mera animal attendant main govt exam me selection hua hain muje isi field mekam karna hain lekin meri commerce sub hain to batao me age kyakaru

Sankalp Agrawal 31st Oct, 2025

Hello,

Congratulations on your selection!

Even though you’re from a commerce background, it’s not a problem for your Animal Attendant government job. In this field, practical skills and experience matter more than your school subjects.

You can take short-term courses in animal care, veterinary assistance, or livestock management (offered by ITIs or government institutes). These will help you gain knowledge and open up promotion opportunities.

If you’re interested, you can also pursue distance or diploma courses in the veterinary field alongside your job for future career growth.

Hope you understand.

COEP. how many marks i offered you to get admission in your college after completing my diploma in IT in government polytechnic awasari (kh)

Sankalp Agrawal 30th Oct, 2025

Hello,

To get admission in COEP Technological University (Pune) after a Diploma in IT from Government Polytechnic Awasari (Kh), you must apply through DTE Maharashtra’s Direct Second Year Engineering (DSE) Admission process.

You generally need a minimum of 85–90% aggregate in your diploma for Computer/IT branch to have a good chance at COEP.
Cutoff for COEP (General Category) usually closes around 94–96%, while reserved categories may get seats around 85–90%.

Admission is purely merit-based through CAP rounds by DTE.

Hope you understand.

Firstly completed my class 12 and prepare a cuet exam and come a Amu and Prepare a exams and and i want to joining the classes for bcom and bba please understand and help me and guidance please which choice is good in future career bba and bcom

Jishan Mondal 31st Oct, 2025

Hello, B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is an excellent choice if you are interested in the technical and financial side of business. It provides deep knowledge in subjects like Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and Economics. This path is ideal if your future career goal is to become a specialist, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or a financial analyst in banks or corporations. It is a very respected and stable career field.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), on the other hand, is a general management degree. It focuses on the broader aspects of running a business, such as Marketing, Human Resources (HR), Operations, and Strategy. This degree is perfect if you are aiming for leadership positions, or a career in sales, marketing, or operations. It is also the most direct preparatory course if you plan to do an MBA later.

Here is the simple guidance: If you enjoy numbers, finance, and accounting and want to be a specialist, choose B.Com. If you enjoy leading teams, managing operations, and are more interested in people and marketing, choose BBA. Both are excellent choices, so pick the one that matches your personal interests.
