Is it compulsory to fill APAAR ID in JEE Mains application. Even though correct number entered, it is showing credentials are mismatch

Sankalp Agrawal 7th Nov, 2025

Hello,

No, it’s not compulsory to fill the APAAR ID in the JEE Main application form right now.

If your APAAR ID shows a “credential mismatch” error even after entering the correct number, don’t worry, you can simply leave it blank and continue filling the form.

  • The APAAR ID field is optional for most students.

  • It’s mainly for linking your academic records under the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) system.

  • The mismatch often happens if your Aadhaar details or school record name format differ.

So, you can submit your JEE form without the APAAR ID, and it won’t affect your application.

Hope you understand.

I had written eamcet exam can I get job in other states of India please give me the clear explaining Thank you!!

Sankalp Agrawal 6th Nov, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can get a job in other states of India even if you have written the EAMCET exam (Telangana or Andhra Pradesh).

EAMCET is only for college admissions within the respective state, it doesn’t limit your job opportunities.
After completing your BTech, BPharm, BSc (Agri), or other degree through EAMCET, you can apply for private or government jobs anywhere in India based on your qualification.
For central government jobs (like SSC, UPSC, Railways, Banking, etc.), your state of study or exam doesn’t matter.

EAMCET decides your college, not your job location, you are eligible to work anywhere in India.

Hope you understand.

You don't have to worry right now for the EWS certificate as the certificate should be issued after 1st April, 2026 (in your case). Also you can also directly go to the collectorate office with all the documents required and they will apply for the certificate.

Hello, I am from a HSC school appearing for 12th in 2026, so for JEE main application, what do I have to enter for the columb "Registration no/Enrollment no/Roll no"? I do not have an admit card for my board exam. Some official in school says to put my GR no in the column, but i am not sure.

Sankalp Agrawal 6th Nov, 2025

Hello,

If you’re appearing for Class 12 (HSC) in 2026 and don’t have your board admit card or roll number yet, you can leave the “Registration No./Enrollment No./Roll No.” field blank or enter “NA” (Not Applicable) if the form allows.

Do not enter your school GR number, as it’s not recognized by the exam board or NTA.
Once your board issues the admit card or registration number, it can be updated later during JEE Main form correction or at the time of result verification.

So, for now, safely enter “NA” or leave blank — not your GR number.

Hope you understand.

I am a JEE Mains candidate, so for EWS certificate, will my parents income certificate be required or mine?

Sankalp Agrawal 5th Nov, 2025

Hello,

For JEE Main EWS certificate, your parent's income certificate is required, not yours.

The EWS category is based on the family’s annual income, which must be below 8 lakhs from all sources.
The certificate should be issued by a competent government authority and must be valid for the current financial year.

Hope you understand.

Rahul Mandal 5th Nov, 2025

Hello,

To secure admission to the University of Hyderabad for the Integrated BTech + MTech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course with an EWS certificate and home state quota, you would likely need a JEE Main percentile of approximately 95-97 percentile or higher. Also, you can check the JEE Main Cutoff , to know more details.

I hope it will clear your query!!

If I had a choice between a software engineer vs mechanical engineer vs fashion designer. And I had a mindset like i have to earn more in less years . Which should I go for ?

Keshav Dev Singh 6th Nov, 2025

Hey, as a 2nd year Btech CSE student I will suggest you to only choose your career as a software engineer if you are really passionate about this field. You'll only earn more in less time when you're working in a domain in which you're good at. If you enjoy participating in competitive coding, hackathons you can go for a career as software engineer. At the end of the day you'll realise that the only way to earn more in less time is to love the work you're doing.

If we analyze these careers, in termw of which one is more likely to earn faster then we could say the ranking should be

1. Software engineer

2. Mechanical engineer

3. Fashion designer

Choosing a field purely for early pay mighr neglect whether you enjoy the work. So be careful while choosing between these career options.

If you're goal is to earn more sooner, then software engineer is the career where you are most likely to earn more in less time.

All the best

my mother name is shaik nazima in tenth marks memo but in aadhar and all her documents name is shaik nazima begum while i want to fill JEE application as aadhar card my mother name or my tenth marks memo which one is correct and it was any problem

Prachi Kumari 6th Nov, 2025

Hello,

You should enter your mother’s name as per your Aadhaar card , which is Shaik Nazima Begum .

The JEE application is verified mainly with your Aadhaar details, so it’s better to keep it the same to avoid mismatch.

There will be no big problem if there is a small difference like “Begum” added, but it’s good to keep all documents matching in the future. You can update your school records or Aadhaar later to make them the same everywhere.

Hope it helps !
