Hello,
At Government Law College (GLC) Mumbai , 5% of the total seats in both the Five-Year B.L.S. LL.B. and Three-Year LL.B. courses are reserved under the NRI (Non-Resident Indian), Foreign Student, OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), and PIO (Person of Indian Origin) quotas.
For the Five-Year B.L.S. LL.B. program, there are 240 total seats, so around 12 seats are for NRI/Foreign candidates. For the Three-Year LL.B. program, with 300 total seats, about 15 seats are reserved for this category.
Admission to these seats is based on merit, and candidates must meet eligibility criteria like holding a valid passport and student visa. If these seats remain vacant, they may be filled by eligible Maharashtra State candidates based on inter-se merit.
Hope it helps !
GLC Mumbai offers seats under the NRI quota for both 5-year and 3-year law programs, usually up to 5% of total seats. Eligibility includes completing 12th grade for the 5-year course or a graduate degree for the 3-year course. NRI candidates may have a different admission process and need to provide proof of NRI status like passport, visa, or OCI card. Fees for NRI seats are higher than for Maharashtra state candidates. Admissions are based on academic merit and seat availability. For exact details, contact the college admissions office or visit the official GLC Mumbai website.

With a rank of 1.21 lakh (121,000) in the NEET exam under the OBC category and having completed both your 11th and 12th from Delhi with 85% marks under the Delhi quota, your chances of gaining admission to Tibbia College Delhi are quite challenging but not impossible.
Tibbia College, which offers courses in Unani medicine, is a government or semi-government institution with limited seats and generally requires a better NEET rank due to high competition. Typically, for colleges under the Delhi quota, merit and category play a major role in seat allocation, but a rank above 1 lakh is usually beyond the cutoff range for most government-funded medical or AYUSH/Unani colleges in Delhi.
However, there may still be a chance through management quota, stray vacancies, or if the specific course has a lower demand. Also, higher percentages in 11th and 12th and fulfilling the Delhi domicile criteria strengthen your application. Still, for a direct government seat through merit, the rank of 1.21 lakh in OBC category may be on the higher side, and securing a seat under Delhi quota could be difficult.
It is recommended to verify current year cutoffs for Tibbia College and similar institutions by checking official counseling websites such as the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) or the Delhi state medical counseling authorities. You can also consult the college admission office for detailed admission chances based on your rank and category.
In summary, while the rank of 1.21 lakh under OBC with Delhi quota and good academic background may not guarantee admission to Tibbia College Delhi, it’s worthwhile to explore counseling rounds, alternate quotas, and other Unani colleges where the cutoff and competition intensity might be different. Keeping options open and staying updated on counseling notifications is essential for the best chance of admission.

As an RTE student, you get admission benefit but fees are not fully exempted. Fee waivers apply only if you fall under other categories like SC/ST, BPL, single girl child, disabled, etc.. Fees are collected quarterly, about Rs.2,400 per quarter. It’s best to confirm with your school office for any exemptions.
