If you are from SVU region and belong to BC-E category but shown as non-local due to studying Intermediate in Telangana, and your 10 years residence certificate is already uploaded, then it might be a technical issue.

You should immediately visit your nearest Help Line Centre (HLC) with all your original documents like:

• 10 years residence certificate

• Study certificates

• Caste certificate

• Intermediate marks memo

• AP EAMCET rank card

Explain your issue to them. They will verify your documents and correct your local status. After that, you will become eligible for fee reimbursement if you meet other conditions.

Honestly speaking according to your rank that is 72,925 it is very difficult for you to get  government colleges because government colleges cutt off usually goes to 30000 and last round of counselling usually ends at 50000-60000 for EWS. You can only apply for private colleges.
