As you have done your Class 12th in PCB from Bihar Board and cleared Mathematics subject from NIOS Board, you are eligible to take admissions in most colleges for B.Tech as the eligibility criteria for B.Tech is that you should have PCM in your Class 12th and as you had Physics and Chemistry from Bihar Board and Mathematics from NIOS Board, there shouldn't be any problem in taking admission in most colleges.

With 229 marks and an AIR about 6.8 lakhs, getting an MBBS seat at SMBT medical college, Igatpuri through round 3 or mop-up round is unfortunately not possible, as the closing ranks for MBBS seats over the last few years were around 40-80,000 for general category, your rank is beyond that range. This means you won't be able to get a govt or state quota mbbs seat there in regular rounds. If you're determined for MBBS you may still check management or NRI quota seats, though this comes with very high fees.

However, you may explore BDS, allied health sciences, or paramedical courses with your score .

You still meet the qualifying marks for NEET, but the competition is tough. I would suggest you look at private medical colleges that accept higher ranks, or consider management quota seats if fees are not a problem. Alternatively, you can explore other medical courses like BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or BPT, which usually have lower cutoffs but are still rewarding.
