Hey! With 43% and 52 rank in EAMCET, you definitely have a good chance of getting a seat, especially if you fall under a reservation category (SC/ST/BC etc.) and depending on which course/college you are aiming for. Since your rank is quite good, in most cases seats are allotted. Still, the exact college will depend on the cut-offs of that year and your category. I’d suggest you participate actively in the counselling process, fill maximum options, and keep backup choices too.
The half yearly syllabus for PCMB students in 2025-26 depends on your board and school. Each school usually divides the full syllabus into two parts, where the first part is taught before the half yearly exams.
For CBSE Class 12, the main syllabus for 2025-26 includes these subjects. In Physics, you have topics like electrostatics, current electricity, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, electromagnetic waves, optics, dual nature of radiation, atoms, nuclei and electronic devices. In Chemistry, you will study solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, d- and f-block elements, coordination compounds, haloalkanes, haloarenes, alcohols, phenols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids, amines and biomolecules. In Mathematics, the topics are relations and functions, algebra, calculus, vectors, three-dimensional geometry, linear programming and probability. In Biology, the main topics are reproduction, genetics, biotechnology and evolution along with ecology and environment.
For the half yearly exam, your school usually selects the first few chapters from these subjects to test you. The exact division of chapters can be confirmed only from your school or teachers.

I checked but the exact cutoff rank list for Sancheti College of Physiotherapy Pune for the last 5 years is not available publicly. The college takes admission for BPT through NEET scores under Maharashtra state counselling. From the information available, students who scored around 440 marks in NEET in recent years had a chance of admission in Sancheti College.
If you want the exact year-wise cutoff for different categories, you will need to check the Maharashtra CET Cell counselling reports or contact the college admission office directly.
