if i have 2 marksheets cbse and NIOS maths marksheet and commerce stream without maths am i eligible for commerce courses where maths is mandatory and can I give any competitive exams that requires maths if i have 2 marksheets and does universites accept 2 marksheets from different boards pls tell

SEJAL JAIN 4th Nov, 2025

Hello

If you have two mark sheets, one from CBSE with Maths and another from NIOS Commerce without Maths, your eligibility depends on the rules of each college or exam.
Some colleges accept a separate Maths marksheet if it’s from a recognised board.
Others want Maths to be part of your main subjects in the same marksheet.
So, it’s different for every place.
For courses like B.Com (Hons) or Economics (Hons), Maths is usually mandatory.
If your CBSE Maths marksheet is valid, it can help you qualify.
Still, always check the official eligibility rules before applying anywhere.

i have given ca foundation exam for 3rd time and still not clear what alternative course i can prefer

Prachi Kumari 3rd Nov, 2025

Hello,

If you’ve given the CA Foundation exam three times and still couldn’t clear it, don’t worry, there are many good alternatives you can go for. Here are some options you can consider:

  1. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce):
You can continue your studies with B.Com. It gives you a strong base in accounts, finance, and business, and you can go for other professional courses later.

  2. CS (Company Secretary):
If you are interested in company law, compliance, and legal work, CS is a good choice.

  3. CMA (Cost Management Accounting):
If you like accounting and cost management, CMA is another strong course.

  4. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration):
This course is good if you are interested in management and business studies. It also opens options for an MBA later.

  5. Accounting and Finance Diplomas or Certifications:
You can do short-term courses like Tally, GST, Financial Modelling, or Digital Accounting. These help you get job-ready faster.

  6. Banking and Finance Courses:
You can go for professional programs in banking, stock market, or investment analysis.

Hope it helps !

Each paper is for 80 marks in theory and 20 marks for internal or project work.
Subjects include Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, English, and one optional subject.
The question paper has short, long, and case-based questions to test understanding.

Im a12th passed from arts stream...and i want be a interpreter of transletor in french language so what should I do next, can i just do a cirtificate nd than diploma in french language directly....that can help me to reach B1 level...so can i do it or the degree is a necessary?

Sankalp Agrawal 3rd Nov, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can definitely become a French interpreter/translator even after 12th Arts, a degree is not compulsory at the start.

Here’s the best path for you:

  1. Start with a Certificate course in French (3–6 months).
  2. Then do a Diploma and Advanced Diploma — these can take you up to B1 or B2 level.
  3. If you want deeper knowledge or better job chances later, pursue a Bachelor’s in French / Foreign Languages.

Many universities like DU, JNU, BHU, Alliance Française offer such programs.
With a B1 or B2 level, you can apply for jobs as a translator, interpreter, or language trainer.

Hope you understand.

Rahul Mandal 2nd Nov, 2025

Hello,

Sorry, but it's unlikely you will get into NIT Rourkela Computer Science with a 99 percentile and OBC-NCL status under the Home State quota, as the closing rank of this category is very competitive and often falls within the top 8,000 ranks.
