1) 858th rank in TSICET and ST catogery,can i get in seat in ou if not suggest me colleges best to apply 2)Can u explain if private or universities are better and thier advantages in terms of facilities ,preparation and placements (overall view) this would be big help if anyone can answer

firstly congrats for the rank.Now its tough to say exactly which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year but with previous year analysis your rank and category we can find your possibilties to colleges.with previous year records the below are the list of top colleges you can have irrespective of branch:

the government colleges or universitites have low cutoff so that shows obviously they are better and fee will be less than private colleges.but faculty wise government wont be that effective.because its government you have to follow up and know what you want to nobody or few faculty teach.
