1) GMAT is for All India ? 2) What is the Difference Between CAT and GMAT ?
Graduate management admission test (GMAT) is an entrance exam which accepted by all the top B-schools across the globe. If you want to take admission into a B-school abroad then you will have to appear for GMAT as they accept GMAT score for admission.
Whereas Common Admission Test (CAT) is for Indian B-schools like IIM. CAT score won't be considered for admission to B-Schools outside India. Some Indian B-Schools have started accepting GMAT scores as well but for admission to IIMs you will have to appear for CAT. Apart from Cat there are various other entrance exam for Management conducted by respective colleges.
I hope you have understood the difference between the two.
