Yes, a PCB background student can take BTech in CSE, but it is uncommon. Most colleges require Mathematics in 12th as a compulsory subject for BTech CSE admission. Some private universities may allow PCB students if they complete an additional bridge course in Mathematics. So it is not the common path, but it is possible in certain institutions.
