Megha, yes with the category and your marks, admissions to top colleges is very much possible.

All you need to do is make sure the following criteria is satisfied :-

Minimum of 45% secured in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination.

Results are soon going to be declared, before the first week of June 2019.
