Hello Abdul,

If you have not been provided with a rank and message shown is Rank not qualified that means that you are not qualified or fail and you have re appear next year if you are willing to have UPSEE affiliated college next year.

But minimum qualifying % or cutoff is: 25%. In that way i am not fail... Or UPSEE will release cutoff marks?????
