Hello there!

Here is the solution regarding your question.

Given,

Vi = 1.2 litres

T = 37°C  [ and that is equal to 310 K ].

Pi = 10 dyne / cm²

Vf = 3 x Vi

The process mentioned in the question is Isothermal. So,

PV = constant

PiVi= PfVf

Pf = PiVi / Vf

Pf = 10 x 1.2 / 1.2 x 3

Pf = 0.33 x 10 dyne / cm²

Hence, the final pressure is 0.33 x 10 dyne / cm².

I hope you got your answer.
