If you score 180 marks in JEE Mains, then your percentile would be within the range of 99.00 to 99.20. Your rank would be within 7000 to 15000 in the common rank list.
It would be a very good rank. With this rank, you might get top NITs and IIITs and GFTIs. You won't be able to get core branches in top NITs, but you might get non core branches. Also, in other newer NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, you will get any branch of your choice.
Since the JEE Mains second session will be conducted from September 2020, you have plenty of time to revise your concepts and practice a lot of question papers.
